UKULELE PLAYERS!

Join BUG for an evening of songs and ukulele shenanigans hosted, since 2010, by Sue & Mark Rogers. It’s so much fun! 

And you don’t need to be any good.

Space is limited, so get your tickets early. Tickets will not be available at the door. Jam tickets for upcoming jams will be available for purchase 14 days prior to the jam at 12:00 p.m.(noon). Once purchased, your "Order Confirmation" is your ticket, and you'll need to show it when you enter our room.

WAITLIST
If tickets sell out, you can email Sue@bytownukulele.ca with your name, phone number, and the number of tickets you would like to order, and we will add your name to our waitlist. If tickets become available before 12 noon on the day of the jam, we'll email the first person on the waitlist to let them know that tickets are available. We'll hold the tickets for an hour, but if we don't receive a response in that time, we'll continue to the next name on the waitlist. We'll continue in this manner until 4 p.m.

REFUNDS
If you find that you are unable to attend the BUG jam due to unforeseen circumstances, please email Sue@bytownukulele.ca. or call 613-526-4313 (please leave a message if there is no answer). If, and only if, we have people on the waiting list who would like to buy the ticket, we will refund the full price of your ticket(s), less 10% to cover the costs of the bank/merchant fees paid. No requests for refunds will be accepted after 12:00 p.m. NOON on the day of the jam.
