The Early Carol Medley (3 harps - beg, int, adv): A Babe is Born all of a Maid, Ma’Oz Tzur, Mitt Hjerte Alltid Vanker; Three beautiful medieval carols of English, Hebrew and Danish origins dating from 16th and 17th centuries.
The tunes of these three carols are equally shared between all three harp parts and across the whole medley. These tunes became an instant hit in the Auckland Harp Orchestra as they are all easily hum-able, melodic tunes which still are appealing hundreds of years after they were originally written.
