This vintage Mele Soprano Banjolele (banjo ukulele) combines the small, familiar scale of a traditional soprano ukulele with the bright, snappy volume of a banjo pot. Made by
Mele Ukulele in Hawaii, these entirely handmade instruments feature solid tonewoods, traditional G-C-E-A tuning, and a drum-style resonator head for maximum acoustic projection.
NOTE: This Banjolele should be considered as a restoration piece as the head needs to be removed, re-hydrated and re-stretched. Also, do to years of playing the tapered friction peg holes need to be shimmed.
