La Source; Etude pour la Harpe, Op. 44, or The Brook, is one of Alphonse Hasselmans' most famous pieces. It consists almost entirely of 2-handed, downward arpeggiated chords with the melody carried by the right thumb. Andantino and Tempo Animato. Pedal markings included. 11 pages.
