Frank loves ice cream. When he teaches a workshop, he often mentions the "ice cream cone position," that is, a four-note chord with each note sitting on top of the other - like scoops of ice cream (place each finger on every other string). He was inspired to compose a piece that incorporates lots of "ice cream cone positions." And while he was at it, he added two jazz harp techniques: slap bass and touch damp. This piece is in the key of F with no lever or pedal changes.
